If you are concerned about the origin of what you put on the table and you love cooking, visit the small shops in A Estrada and the New Market on Wednesdays or Saturdays. Here you will find the most traditional bread, the best meat, the freshest fish and the real local vegetables, produced, as always, with all the flavour.

If in doubt, ask for the fish by their names and how to cook them, accompany them with potatoes, peppers or vegetables from the Ulla valley and try some of the varieties of lettuce.
