The Manuel Reimóndez Portelal museum tries to show both the rural and urban A Estrada, with a permanent exhibition inspired on ethnography showing us the school from past times, games and toys and children, the rural and urban A Estrada and its daily life.
It also has a small art gallery where are exhibited works by artists such as Castelao and Muras.
The Museum has got a library, a research room and an archive at the disposal of journalists, researchers, and anyone willing to consult books, photographs, documents and daily newspapers.
