The parishes

In A Estrada there is no parish without a celebration on its local festivity, and there are 51 parishes! It can be said that there is a real verbena (street party held on the eve of a saint’s day) route. One of the most popular is that of Santa Margarida de Callobre (on 20th and 21st July), famous for bringing the best dance bands in Galicia every year.
