Running in A Estrada

Don’t leave your running shoes at home. If Trail Running is your thing, in A Estrada you have plenty of signposted routes with different distances and difficulties.

And if you prefer asphalted roads, we have 1000 kilometres of roads and tracks with practically no traffic.

Throughout the year, the municipality of A Estrada, in collaboration with some athletics clubs, programs several races to give shape to the “CORRE A ESTRADA CORRE”, a circuit of popular races: the Nocturna Estradense, which is always held during the local holiday in A Estrada, the Manuel Bergueiro Memorial, the Rio Liñares Cross and the San Silvestre Estradense race on 31st December.
