The Camino Miñoto Ribeiro

The Camino Miñoto Ribeiro is another road to Santiago that linked the north of Portugal with the city of the Apostle Santiago. It consists of several branches that enter Galicia through Cevide, joining together in a single route that shares some parts with the Roman Geira and Muleteer road to Santiago.

It is just before entering the town council of A Estrada where these routes separate themselves, crossing the Miñoto Ribeiro road through the municipality of A Estrada in the area of Pardemarín, Lamas and Rubín to finish the section of the road in Pena do Foxo.

From Foxo it heads towards the parish church of Ribeira, of neoclassical architecture, which houses the figure of Santiago the Pilgrim.
