Santa María de Frades Church

Frades Church synthesises the spirit of the Romanesque style. Built with a rectangular apse and barrel vault, its architecture has been preserved in whole.

It is one of the best samples of Romanesque style from the 12th century. It has got an ample nave divided into three sections by three pairs of columns that serve as a support point to the three Gothic arches on which the vault of the summit is placed.
