If you love cycling, there is plenty to cycle in A Estrada. The bicycle club Peña Ciclista Bikestrada organises a mountain bike route and a road bike route every Sunday. It leaves from the town hall square at 9 am (8:30 am in July and August). Visit the Bikestrada website and download the routes you can do during your holidays.
